Today is Friday the 13th and we thought we’d run down the list of 8 scary things that won’t happen to jHost customers.
1. Wonky UI
jHost is built on cPanel, the simple, universal server-side GUI. Welcome home.
2. Billing woes
Instead of nickel-and-diming you to death with additional subdomains, databases, and FTP accounts, we’d rather let you manage your site the way you see fit. Choose the package you want, and if you outgrow it, upgrade any time.
3. Maxed out email accounts
All of jHost’s hosting packages come with unlimited email accounts. Just please don’t spam us with them.
4. Hosting Migration Problems
Once your package is all setup, just point your nameservers. If you do run into problems, you can probably find the answer to your issue among our support articles. If not, we’re here to help.
5. Site downtime
We’re not about to make the claim that we never have server issues. We do (0.01% of the time). But when we do, we’re willing to bet we realize it and act faster than the big guys.
6. Nonexistent Support
We’re the first to admit it: support for hosting companies probably doesn’t have the best reputation. We’re changing that.
7. Preloaded Plugins
We don’t bog down your shiny new installation by forcing you to use (or not use) our preloaded plugins. It’s your website, install what you want.
8. Outdated Software
We’re constantly updating our software to keep it running effectively, and more importantly, secure.
